6 Exercises for Maximum Mobility
It’s been a tough week. Lots of heavy metcons, finally ended by yesterday’s awesome WOD. So today before we start with our Saturday’s workout, please spend some time to recover our mobility by these 6 exercises given by the mobility expert – Kelly Starrett.

AMRAP 12 Minutes
5 Push Press @ 70% of 1RM
10 Ring Dips
15 Burpees
Followed by:
Strict Pull Ups 5 sets of 10*
*use as band as needed. Chin must past the bar.
