CrossFit Equator (CFEQ) is the first CrossFit affiliate in Indonesia. We are a unique “garage gym” located in Jakarta and we are directly linked to CrossFit’s Headquarters in the United States. Once you step in our garage gym, you will notice that our gym is different than any other gym that you have stepped foot in.
We eliminate all machines and equip our gym with bumper plates, olympic bars, pull up bars, medicine ball, plyometric boxes, gymnastic rings, jump ropes and many other functional equipments. We want you to use the movements that you learn at our gym, outside of the gym. Be prepared to learn functional movements such as push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips, throwing, jumping, squats, hand stands, rope climbs, running, rowing, and major lifts such as deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk and snatch. Some days we will also whip out our “Prowler”.
We believe in getting you stronger and better; so we will be teaching you how to move heavy weights properly while we incorporating some cardiovascular endurance and body conditioning. Every movement done at CrossFit Equator will be taught in progressions and tracked properly by your Coach to ensure safety.
Mechanics – Consistency – Intensity. Every movement must have the correct mechanics (form and technique), performed consistently before you should apply intensity. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, you will be properly guided so you may progress quickly and safely.

Our workout uses functional movements that are natural, safe and essential to you and your everyday life.
