TODAY IS A VERY EVENTFUL DAY AT CROSSFIT EQUATOR!

  1. We’re saying farewell (for now) to our used to be SmallBoy as he moves to Bali next month for his new business venture
  2. We’re saying “Happy Birthday!” to our resident Equadorian, Nelson
  3. We’re getting covered by Men’s Magazine. A reporter from a popular magazine will be coming in to observe and interview us. Show your support!

So what should you do? Come to the BOX and wear your CrossFit Equator tshirt. WOD Hard. Party Hard.

    Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. This class is OPEN TO EVERYONE. We will be teaching you the basics of each movement (punch, kick, elbow). Every class will start with proper warmup and end with some ab work

    Yoga Class (Min 6 people)
    Cost: Rp. 100.000/person

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    CrossFit Conditioning
    Cost: FREE (included in membership)
    Instructor: Wira
    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
