** This weekend, we will be hosting the South East Asia CrossFit Trainer Summit. We will be getting guests from CrossFit Singapore, CrossFit Get Fit from Brunai, CrossFit MNL, CrossFit Insurrecto and CrossFit Global City from the Phillipines. We will be closed on Saturday, Aug 4th for the Summit. But we will be going out Saturday night to entertain our fellow coaches to an awesome night. Let’s show them how we have a good time! Work hard, play hard. Will keep you posted on the plans but for now, please keep your weekends clear so you can join us **

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    CrossFit Conditioning
    Cost: FREE (included in membership)
    Instructor: Wira
    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
