* Seeing that we will only have 2 squat racks, we will rotate as fast as we can. Please recollect your 1RM and find out what will be your plan to find your 3 rep max. Come in with a plan! Come 30 min before class to do your warmup so that you can jump into class ready to back squat heavy weights.
