Double Unders Clinic Today!

Come to the box at 6PM and learn the Double Unders. Engage your core and practice and you might just get it in less than a week. The Clinic is intended to be 45 minutes consisting of 15 min warmup followed by drills to help you get the Double Unders. We will address ways to help you practice at home or at the box post WOD.

This clinic will cost Rp. 50.000,- for CFEQ members only.

    Please join us on July 6th when we WOD for a cause! Come to Hotel Garden, Kemang on July 6th from 8am -1pm to participate in the workout or to sponsor one of our athletes as we raise money for Indonesian kids in need.

    Sat 9 - 11am

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    CrossFit Conditioning
    Cost: FREE (included in membership)
    Instructor: Wira

    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
