Good and Bad Wall Ball Position
** EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Next week Saturday Sept 22nd, 2012, we will start our very first FREE Intro to CrossFit KIDS class. This is not like Rockstar gym or gymnastic for Kids, we are a certified CrossFit Kids facility and we need to grow our kids community. So if you have kids, nephew, niece, or a friend with kids ages 3-10 years old, please let them know. Invitation to follow **

The picture on the left shows a good starting/catching position for the wall ball. Keep the ball in front of your face with a strong lumbar curve. The picture on the right will usually end up with the ball in front of your stomach because you have lost your core and your lumbar curve which brings your chest down on the starting/catching position. Do your couch stretch before this WOD and ensure that you can get below parallel. Make every rep count!
