Happy Birthday Crissilia and Alex!!

Today we celebrate Coach Crissilia and Alex (my son)’s birthday!! What does that mean? Special WOD from Coach ABC. I’m going to line up 5 cards with heroes and girl WODs written on them and have Alex go and pick the card he likes the most. Haha, just kidding. Although I might just do it for fun later tonight.

Everyone is required to come to class tomorrow (like any other day) to WOD and to celebrate this two in one celebration. Especially before Crissilia leaves us to the Dewata Island to open her box. Can’t wait.

Secondly, at 7PM we will run a Free Intro to CrossFit class. This will be a great opportunity for you to bring your friends and/or family to introduce them not only to CrossFit but also to the community. Have em join after for food and drinks.

    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
