** Happy Birthday Ronald! Sorry we’d have to postpone your birthday WOD to Monday due to last minute practice for the Reebok Experience Zone! Everyone come on Monday to celebrate Ron’s birthday. There will be Soto Betawi? **

** Tomorrow, we will be partnering with Reebok to run a Reebok CrossFit Experience Zone at the Final ABL (Basketball League) in Mahaka Square / Sports Mall Kelapa Gading. Everyone that is volunteering for the event needs to meet at Mahaka Square/Sports Mall Kelapa Gading at 10:00am. Event will start at 11:00 – 15:00. If you need transportation to there and back, please meet at the box at 9:00am. Please be on time. If not, please come and support the event, please let your friends know as well **
