30 rounds for time of:
5 Wall ball shots 9kg
3 Handstand push-ups
1 Power clean 225#

Scaling will be provided by your Coach or Trainer.

    Is there a possibility to have coconut water in the box (To buy of course) for after this insane WOD????

      Nelson, we are going to provide that very soon. As a matter of fact, I’m thinking of doing a packet system so you pay for a 10 pack up front and then we just cross out everytime you get coconut water. Those are like magic relaxant after any wod man. Very soon. As of now, you can pay cash and every Sat we’ll have in stock.
