Injury Prevention #4: Glutes Stretch
On a box with height a little higher than your waist, put your leg on a pigeon pose and ensure your standing leg is facing forward. Lower your body until your knee touches the ground. Your goal is to stretch the glutes until your knee can touch the ground like what Wira (our resident plastic man) is able to do.
