Intro to CrossFit Today at 7PM + Photoshoot tomorrow!

** NEW UPDATE: STARTING THIS MONTH, INTRO TO CROSSFIT REQUIRES A DEPOSIT OF RP. 50.000. Once athlete joins Elements, the Rp.50.000 deposit will be deducted from the Elements price **

** CALLING ALL CFEQ ATHLETES! Tomorrow there will be a photo-shoot at the BOX for Men’s Guide (magazine published by L-Men). All athletes are invited (and required) to come to the BOX with your black CrossFit Equator tshirt (logo on the front). Bring another pair of workout clothes as well for a variety of shots. Come and show off your community! **

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    Cost: FREE (included in membership)

    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
