Our First Charity WOD – “Angie”
** Today we will be doing our first Charity WOD for “Operation HOPE”. The WOD will be “Angie”. You can participate by doing the workout or by sponsoring someone to do the workout. If you would like to participate in the workout, you must participate in the fundraising. Similar to “CrossFit for Hope”, you can get people to sponsor you or you can pay the minimum donation fee of Rp. 300.000. Today we are raising money to help pay for hospital cost for delivery and treatment of a currently 7-month old pregnant woman that has no means. At exactly 7PM, we will kickoff and start the Charity WOD. Come on time.
