Picture day is TODAY!

Today the BOX will be getting covered by L-Men’s Men’s Guide magazine so there will be lights and cameras all around the box to cover action shots during the WOD. Please proceed business as usual. Go heavy, go hard with good form and technique of course. Unless told otherwise by Coach, please arrive by 5:30pm.  Class will run as usual.

The photographer requests the following so that he can take pictures with the uniform and with a variety of workout clothes. Please wear and bring the following:

  • CrossFit Equator black tshirt with logo on the front
  • Your own choice of stylish workout clothing

Workout areas might be re-arranged so please be patient with us as we try to move things around so we can organize class as best as we can. Any questions or concerns, please let me know.

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    Cost: FREE (included in membership)

    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
