** THIS SATURDAY SEPT 1, 12-3PM: PALEO FINALE POOLSIDE PARTY AT SOMERSET APT PERMATA HIJAU. MEET FOR WOD AT THE BOX AT 9 AND/OR 10 AM THEN WE LEAVE TOGETHER TO THE PARTY **

“Team Rowing Regatta”
Teams of 3 will complete 5000m of rowing on the same rower.
The rowing can be split amongst the team members as desired (any order, any number of intervals). The other two teammates are required to provide vigorous encouragement.
Post total time (keep track of rowing distances if desired)

(If you only have a team of 2, row 3000m, loners should row 1500m as fast as they can rowing 2min on then 2min off)

    Please join us on July 6th when we WOD for a cause! Come to Hotel Garden, Kemang on July 6th from 8am -1pm to participate in the workout or to sponsor one of our athletes as we raise money for Indonesian kids in need.

    Mon - Fri 7am - 12pm and 5pm - 9pm
    Sat 9 - 11am

    Kickboxing Class
    Cost: Rp. 50.000/person

    Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. This class is OPEN TO EVERYONE. We will be teaching you the basics of each movement (punch, kick, elbow). Every class will start with proper warmup and end with some ab work

    Yoga Class (Min 6 people)
    Cost: Rp. 100.000/person

    Try this Yoga class intended to make you better at CrossFit. This class focuses on increasing range of motion and flexibility on your hips, back and shoulders.

    CrossFit Conditioning
    Cost: FREE (included in membership)
    Instructor: Wira
    Accelerate your weight loss and metabolic conditioning through this specially designed CrossFit class that uses bodyweight movements (no barbell)
