There will be no metcon portion for today’s WOD. We will focus on finding your new one rep max Back Squat. I’m confident that everybody will PR because everybody has been putting a lot of work into it. Warmup properly, get your mind into it and move the bar UP, FAST! Nobody moves heavy weights slowly!
