Wider feet and tightened her lumbar curve more
She not at CFQ, if she where we would all come for that WOD, the closer to the equator the better your form
the box needs to be lower, so her butt could go below the knee. The coach behind should also be Brian, so she could improve her technique better :p
I’m just taking shotgun approach here:
Back should not arch too much
Toes should not point out too much and should not curl up
Feet too wide
feet must be flat, box must be lower, and dont look down…
please do couch
